What is the Conference of the Holy Cross?
The Conference of the Holy Cross is a free conference of Lutheran pastors, who serve congregations in the Bay Region and Central Valley of California (participation in the Conference is not defined by geographical location). On a semi-annual basis, on the Wednesday closest to Holy Cross (September 14) and a Wednesday in late January or early February, the Conference gathers in order to present and to discuss papers written by its members. The Conference collects no fees and has no membership obligations, except a committment to frank and lively expositions of confessional Lutheran theology.
